I am indebted to several people for both the content and the construction of this site.

The technical part of the construction was greatly facilitated by the availability of ready-to-use software. If any insight reaches the reader through this site, it is thanks to their creators. But, in this case, the usual shoulders-of-giants metaphor seems inadequate. Instead, I picture this accomplishment more like a castell.
